At The Braid Empire KC, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Wig Orders
Due to the custom nature of our wigs, customers have 72 hours after delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- The wig must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The lace cannot be cut.
- The wig cannot be colored, washed, customized, or damaged after delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, please email us with your order number and photos.
If approved, you will be provided return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by The Braid Empire KC.

Braiding policies are listed within our booking system before scheduling an appointment.
By booking an appointment, you agree to all braiding policies, deposits, cancellation policies, and appointment requirements listed at checkout.
